From an early age, I knew I wanted to help others reach their full health potential through natural alternatives. I didn't know how I was going to do that until I started seeing a Chiropractor when I was 14 years old with hip pain and constant headaches. That's how my Chiropractic journey started and I haven't looked back since.

I completed a five year, double degree to attain my chiropractic qualifications - Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Bachelor of Chiropractic in 2010 and have been in practice for over 11 years.

One of the most rewarding things I get from being a chiropractor is empowering people about how amazing and powerful their body is, their health and seeing them make positive changes in their lives and the lives of their loved ones.

I am passionate about caring for whole families and people of all ages. It is never too late or too early to start looking after your body and health.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and two fur-babies. I enjoy food (especially eating it!) and travelling. I love to ski, snowboard and scuba-dive, leading an active lifestyle. I love to learn and grow, bettering my self and sharing my passion with others.

My journey into Chiropractic began when I was an early teenager, when my sister and I were assessed for scoliosis. After my own experience with Chiropractic care, it became my goal to become a chiropractor myself and help the community around me in a similar way!
Throughout my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at Macquarie University in Sydney, I was fortunate enough to work with my childhood Chiropractors as their Chiropractic assistant. This presented me with many opportunities to glean knowledge from their experience and to push me further in my studies.
My personal belief is that movement in any shape or form is one the keys for a healthy life, and I am a big advocate in finding energy through activity in whatever form is enjoyable for you. In my free time you’ll find me rock-climbing, throwing some weights around in the gym, or creating memories with family and friends.
Chiropractic care has many benefits for all ages, and I can’t wait to meet you as one of your Chiropractors at The Spine Studio!

I found The Spine Studio when I was looking for a workplace with a shared purpose and passion for helping others.

Since starting my journey here, I am inspired by seeing first hand how Chiropractic care helps members to reach their optimal health goals and the support shown along the way.

I am grateful to meet people from all walks of life and to be part of this wonderful team, who influence my own health and well being in a positive way.

In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family. We enjoy travelling, being active, listening to music and hanging out together. The beach is our happy place, where we spend quality time, play, relax and rejuvinate.

My own health and wellness journey started 5 years ago when I found myself “starting over” after burnout. Since then I have gone on to become a certified yoga teacher and am currently studying life coaching.

I am passionate about health, wellness and moving towards the best version of myself. I believe that when we are well, we are best equipped to have sovereignty over our own existence and can cultivate the courage or take action on living the best lives for ourselves; however that may look.

During my interview for the role of Chiropractic Assistant at The Spine Studio, it became apparent that this was a team I wanted to work with for 2 main reasons. Firstly, It was evident from the minute I walked into the practice that their members’ wellbeing is their main priority. The second reason came upon hearing the practice’s ethos that people are capable of healing themselves and that here at The Spine Studio, we are merely assisting our members to do so the best that we can.

I look forward to meeting you at your next appointment and on the mat for a Spine Studio Yoga Class!

I started my journey to becoming a chiropractor after having 3 children in 3 years and experiencing lower back pain. After experiencing first hand how chiropractic care helped me and my 18 month old baby, I decided I had found my calling in life.

I deferred my studies in history and education and sought work as a Chiropractic assistant. I got to see on a daily basis the impact of chiropractic in people's lives.

After a whirlwind weekend attending a Chiropractic conference, I began studying Chiropractic at Murdoch University. I have already had some amazing opportunities to travel all over Australia and to South Africa as part of my desire to grow and develop throughout my studies.

I worked as a Chiropractic assistant during my 5 years of study and have been so fortunate to work with some truly amazing Chiropractors along the way. I'm now so excited to help people live more connected lives.

Remedial Massage Therapist & Post-natal Doula of Halcyon Wellness

My journey with massage began 5 years ago when I took a leap of faith and decided to try my hand at Remedial massage with the move to focus on rehabilitation and injury management.

Within two weeks of the course, I knew this was where I wanted to be and decided to quit the corporate world after 10 years and pursue a whole new career.

As I got further through my studies, my passion also moved towards Pregnancy Massage and I wanted to support women during the amazing transformation pregnancy has on our bodies and minds.

When I fell pregnant with my first daughter, I learnt so much more about the body and the ways we can support it during pregnancy. This is when I began to undertake regular chiropractic care at The Spine Studio.

My own pregnancy sparked a huge passion in women’s health, but also identified gaps in both the need for more specialised care to support a women’s body during pregnancy, as well as emotional support for women post baby. So on top of my body work qualifications I have also completed my training to be a post natal doula.

In my spare time I soak up all the things motherhood has to offer with my two girls. We love going to the beach, indulging in delicious food and spending time with our friends and family.

Originally from Canada, in 2018 I graduated business school and moved to Australia.

On arrival, I began working as a personal assistant for a family in WA’s far north. The mother was a chiropractor who owned two clinics in the Pilbara, and this was my first real experience with chiropractic - a very intensive and behind-the-scenes view. Fast forward and I have now made many wonderful connections in the chiropractic world, one of which being the Spine Studio.

I have recently completed by HR degree and am enjoying working in my field of study.

I am also cultivating my personal life with the decisions I make to cherish my loved ones. In all of the experiences, I am learning more and more about the world around me, as well as myself and my place in this life.

Over the last year, I have enjoyed growing with our evolving team. My respect for chiropractic has only grown, as well as a continued interest in assisting people improve their health and overall lives. I greatly look forward to seeing what is next at the Spine Studio.

My introduction to Chiropractic came when my Husband was diagnosed with Scheuermann's and began his journey to better health. After seeing the difference it made in his body and wellbeing, I became interested in the different powers of healing that Chiropractic had.

My previous role as a Travel Agent had me travelling a lot and this took its toll on my body, as well as having 2 kids in 3 years.

Particularly after having my children, my interest in looking after my own health and wellbeing became priority. Once I finally took that leap, I noticed a huge shift in the most enjoyable way.

Since joining The Spine Studio, I have thoroughly enjoyed witnessing the positive impact that our practitioners have on our members. It truly is a pleasure to come in to work every day.

In my spare time, I love hanging out with my husband and 3 boys (2 human and 1 fur). Travelling feeds my soul and the beach is my happy place.

Yoga is my quiet time and HIIT keeps me fit. Now I'm a Pilates instructor and look forward to sharing my knowledge with our members and community.
